MORE-VOYAGE TOURISM SERVISES COMPANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COOPERATION
These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by ‘MORE TOURISM SERVISES W.L.L.’, trading as ‘More-voyage’ (VAT #: C.R. 126305 Tax Authority: Doha, Qatar), whose registered office is at Doha Office Palm Tower B, floor No28, P.O. BOX 60849, West Bay, Doha, Qatar.
By making a booking with us you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
In these terms and conditions: “we” or “us” or “our” means ‘MORE TOURISM SERVISES W.L.L’, “you” and “your” means the person who makes the booking together with all other persons named on the booking from time to time (including any persons who are added or substituted at a later date) or any of them. All correspondence and other communications will be sent to the address of the person making the booking unless you specify otherwise. If you request correspondence to be sent to a business address, a residential address will also be required for emergency and security reasons.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
A.1 BOOKING PROCESS
A.1 Booking requests are made by sending us a completed Booking Request Form or an Inquiry email. Upon receipt of a Booking Request Form/ Inquiry email we will process your request and contact you for confirmation. Our staff will then prepare a travel proposal for you based on your requirements. The travel proposal will set out the price of the travel arrangements and when payment of the price will be invoiced and payable.
Once we have received your confirmation email to proceed and/or deposit payment, we will then go ahead and request confirmation from our partners / suppliers. Until we have confirmation back from our partners / suppliers in writing we are unable to confirm the holiday. We will then advise you of confirmation once written confirmations have been received.
Please carefully check all details set out in the travel proposal and confirm the booking in writing. When we have received your confirmation, we will then issue a confirmation invoice for payment of the price of the booking. Please carefully check the confirmation invoice and notify us immediately if any details are incorrect or incomplete and we will reissue the relevant invoice. Your booking will be accepted by us when we have received payment of the confirmation invoice and booked your travel arrangements. Processing your payment is not a guarantee or representation that your requested arrangements will be provided or confirmed.
We will do our best to accommodate any special requests but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that these will be met in every case. We will not be liable if any special request is not met.
Your tickets and other travel documents will normally be issued between 10 and 14 days prior to the date of travel.
The information set out on our Website and in our brochures or other marketing communications is checked and accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, please note this information is provided for guidance only and may change. Final details will be shown on your tickets and other travel documents. Travel arrangements and itineraries may also change due to local conditions or factors outside of our control.
The nature of the holidays we arrange means we are often not in a position to confirm every requested element at the time of booking. Once the key elements of your holiday (flights, accommodation etc.) are booked and confirmed, we will then complete the remainder of itinerary.
TRAVEL AGENCY BOOKINGS
Where we are acting as a travel agent on behalf of another travel provider/operator, we act as agent only for such third parties and all bookings will be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third party providers. We accept no liability under such terms and conditions or in respect of any act or omission of any third party provider. Your contract for travel services will be between you and the third party provider only.
- Deposits & Payment Policy:
- Deposit of 20% of the total of the tour is required upon confirmation of booking tour. You have peace of mind until 2 months before departure dates. At that point, we would require full prepayment only 60 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by the client.
- All the tour packages on this website operate on a pre-payment basis. Payment can be made either using a major credit card as Visa, Mastercard and American Express Credit Card, not including credit card transaction fee (Please add in 3% fee for Visa, Mastercard or 4% for American Express to the total amount of payment each time).
- If you wish to pay us online on our secure server, please click here and fill in the form.
- After receiving your payment, we will issue you the hotel voucher and/or final confirmation itinerary, which can be sent to you by fax or e-mail.
- Booking Amendment
Flexibility is our strongest point. You can amend your booking when it is made. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking number. Our reservations team is glad to amend your booking accordingly.
- Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be notified by you (the person first named in the travel proposal) to Quintessentially Travel as soon as possible in writing by e-mail to email@example.com Cancellations will be effective on the day notice of cancellation is received by us. In the event that you notify us that you wish to cancel your booking, you will be liable to pay the following cancellation charges depending on when your notice of cancellation is received:
More than 56 days: loss of deposit
55 – 42 days: 40% of total booking price
41 – 21 days: 60% of total booking price
20 – 8 days: 80% of total booking price
Within 7 days: 100% of total booking price
We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance to cover you against loss of your deposit and/or cancellation fees. Please note that in certain circumstances, airlines, hotels and other suppliers may have applied ticketing conditions under which higher cancellation charges to those shown above are chargeable. In such circumstances, you will be liable to pay the cancellation charge listed above together with any additional cancellation charges charged by suppliers.
NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 30€ per person for hotels and air ticket booking upon services confirmation and 120€ per person upon the package’s tours services confirmation.
*** Non-refundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.
CANCELLATION BY US:
We reserve the right to cancel your booking in circumstances where we are forced to do so due to reasons beyond our control. In such circumstances, we will use our best endeavours to find and offer another booking for you at the same price. Where we are not able to offer you an alternative booking or you do not wish to accept the alternative booking altered, we will provide you with a full refund of all monies paid by you.
For group departures, we will endeavour not to cancel any of our departures, but in some cases this is inevitable if minimum operating numbers are not met. If the Company is obliged to cancel your trip, a full and prompt refund of all monies paid will be returned to you.
We do our best to ensure that all prices shown on our Website and travel proposals are correct and kept up to date. However, occasionally incorrect prices may be listed due to an error. In such cases we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of the correct price. If you do not wish to accept the correct price notified to you, you will be given the choice of alternative travel arrangements at the original price or to receive a full refund of all monies paid at that date.
- Refund of Unused Services
No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced.
We will not be liable for any failure in the performance of our obligations to you which arises as a result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or arises from any unusual or unforeseen event or circumstance beyond our control or the control of our suppliers including, but not limited to: war, threat of war, terrorism or threat of terrorist activity, severe weather conditions, civil strife, natural or nuclear disaster, epidemics, breakdown of machinery or equipment, power failure, fire or flood.
We will book independent suppliers to provide most accommodation, travel, tour and other arrangements. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of these third party suppliers, including any limitations or exclusions of liability.
MORE TOURISM SERVISES W.L.L. is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions, and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance.
Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, MORE TOURISM SERVISES W.L.L. will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes the liability of more-voyage travel for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, any damage or liability incurred by you as a result of our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or where our liability cannot be otherwise excluded by operation of applicable law.
- Passport and Entry Visa
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.
- Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details.
More toursm services w.l.l. strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour: the loss of deposits through cancellation lost of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.

Your personal information and that of your party is important to us. We will never pass such information to any third parties, other than those that need this information in the course of providing the travel services you have booked. We are now required to collect Advance Passenger Information (API) for passengers prior to travel to many destinations. This information is required for immigration control and to aid aviation safety and security, and as such we require full passport details, passenger names, dates of birth and nationalities to pass onto the relevant airlines. In addition, please note that we are required to pass on your mobile and email details to many airlines in case they need to contact you prior to travel. This information will not be retained by the airlines after your travel has been completed and will be used solely in the course of conducting your travel arrangements. We will not be held responsible if you fail to provide or comply with relevant API requirements.
